The Crescent Travel Club Website is owned and operated by Crescent Travel Services, Inc., an affliate of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company ("Crescent"). Whenever we refer to "Crescent Travel Club" in these Terms of Service, we are including all subsidiaries and affiliates of these companies. Privacy.
Any personal information provided to Crescent Travel Club will be handled in accordance with the Crescent Travel Club Privacy Statement.
Membership and Services.
Membership is free to all employees of customers leasing space in a Crescent property, and to employees of Crescent and its affiliates and partners, brokers, investors and Crescent vendors. No property rights are created by membership in the Crescent Travel Club.
All reservations made through the Crescent Travel Club are based on a space available basis only. Black out periods may be in effect at certain properties from time to time. All packages, special offers and accommodations are offered on a first come-first serve basis. The Crescent Travel Club reserves the right to deny membership to an individual or tenant based upon previous travel arrangements. Additional incentives may be granted at any time and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Officers and affiliates of Crescent Travel Services, Inc., or any of their affiliates cannot be held responsible for any deviations from individual travel arrangements, accommodations or damages due to injury, lost items, airline transportation, or acts of nature.
Reservations can only be made by calling 800.959.2582 or by submitting a request through this web site.
Trademarks.
Crescent Travel Club and all marks, titles, logos, characters and names that appear on the Crescent Travel Club Website are trademarks that appear on this Website with permission. You may use our trademarks only as is permitted by trademark law.
Copyrights.
All content on this Website is protected under copyright law. You may download one copy of the content of this Website to any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, perform, distribute, display or create derivative works from any of the content of this Website.
Termination.
Crescent Travel Club may terminate your right to use Crescent Travel Club at any time, and without notice. Crescent Travel Club will terminate your right to use this Website if you violate any of these Terms of Service, or any other policy that Crescent Travel Club posts, or if Crescent Travel Club becomes aware that you are a repeat copyright infringer. Membership is automatically terminated when you cease to be employed by the Crescent tenant or the tenant ceases to occupy space in a Crescent property.
Indemnification.
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Crescent Travel Club, its licensors, and its content providers against any losses, expenses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms of Service, or your unauthorized use of the content of this Website.
International Use.
By choosing to access Crescent Travel Club from any location other than the United States, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws. You understand that this Website's content may not be appropriate or legal to use outside the United States. You are also subject to United States export controls and are responsible for any violations of United States embargoes or other federal rules and regulations restricting exports.
Linking to Third Party Sites.
Crescent Travel Club may provide you with links to third party Internet sites. You assume full responsibility when you choose to follow any links on this Website that lead to third party sites.
