Cuisine At The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, we feature a variety of fine dining, from Santé Restaurant, with its international reputation for the finest in cuisine to The Big 3, with its fifty-year history of serving wonderful food in a casual atmosphere. Our chefs are continuously at work developing innovative dishes for our guests to experience. Inn Room Dining features many exceptional dishes, served in the comfort and privacy of your own room. Whether it is a romantic honeymoon dinner or a late breakfast in bed, our team is here deliver an exceptional experience. All of our menus offer fresh, locally grown foods, that can be paired with Wine Country's finest wines. Santé Restaurant The Santé Restaurant is the Inn's premier dining room and has earned a national reputation for its outstanding food. Condé Nast Traveler said "it's worth a special trip just to eat here" and Gourmet Magazine calls the food "the best of the new Wine Country style." Only the freshest local produce, meats, poultry and seafood are used to create elegantly simple dishes that let the natural flavors of the food speak for themselves. A wine list, honored with Wine Spectator's 2004 "Award of Excellence" features over 300 Sonoma and Napa wines. The Big 3 The Big 3 is located on the north corner of the Inn's grounds and has been pleasing customers for over 50 years with its casual bistro atmosphere, hearty country breakfasts and eclectic American cuisine. Our famous Lemon Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Butternut Squash Raviolis and Pizzas are all specialties. All of our recipes are available upon request. The Big 3 Diner's outstanding cuisine has resulted in its consistently being a local favorite in Sonoma! Hours of Operation: Breakfast, 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.; Lunch, 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Dress Code: Casual Reservations: Reservations are requested. The Water Tower Come and relax poolside, next to the historical landmark of The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn's Water Tower. Enjoy our freshly prepared Sandwiches and Salads along with one of our refreshing cocktails or fruit smoothies. A great place to dine in the Californian sun. Hours of Operation: (Seasonal) Monday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Friday - Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Dress Code: Pool side attire Reservations: Reservations are not required for The Water Tower.
